The process has been designed to require little or no changes at your end.

We can accept instructions in your choice of format (Quest or Xit2). We'll place the valuation with an appropriate valuer and ensure that it is returned within an agreed service standard - via the same delivery system.

Our bespoke Servicer Tracking and Reporting System (STARS) allows market forces to determine the cost of each valuation, rather than traditional fee scales.

This is easily integrated with Quest or Xit2.
