Surveys for estate agents

LMS began providing survey services in 2003 and acquired First Survey in 2004 in order to develop a valuation arm for the business. More recently, in January 2007, we set up a home energy division to provide EPCs for HIPs and created one of the largest employed DEA workforces in the country.

These 3 areas of our business – surveys, valuations and energy reports – have now become a new company known as ERS, employing over 200 people.
