Pricing - all property listings on homenav are free of charge for estate agents who have a HIP contract for a minimum of 12 HIPs per annum. Agents who are simply "spot registered" for HIPs can list any property with a LMS associated case (HIP or conveyancing) free of charge. To list properties with no LMS associated case there will be a charge of £10 + VAT for "spot registered" agents. Any listing charges will be invoiced monthly.

Using the menu panel you can now access enhanced information about schools.

To gain this information simply:

• Select Points of interest from the menu panel
• Click on the ‘+’ next to ‘Schools’
• Next select the option you require – ‘Primary’ or ‘Secondary’

Once you have selected your option you will see all of the schools within your chosen area. Please note, if you are viewing the whole of the UK you will see all schools nationally, however, if you narrow down the search area you will only see schools within that vicinity.

To view information about a particular school, hover over the relevant school to bring up their information.

To understand the data, click on ‘What do these figures mean?’  Some of the information here includes:

Primary schools

• Value Added Score (VA)
• Aggregate Score
• Average Points Score
• Age Range
• Number of Pupils

Secondary schools

• % of Pupils gaining 5 GCSE's between A* - C
• Contextual Value Added
• Gender of Entry
• Type of School
• Age Range
• Admission Type
• Total Number of Pupils

If there is a particular property that you are viewing and you would like information about the schools within that area, you can click on ‘About this area’ to:

• Show 3 nearest primary schools
• Show 3 nearest secondary schools

Selecting either of these options the map will zoom out to capture the location of the 3 nearest schools.  You can then follow the above to get access to the additional information available.
