Q. Do LMS produce their own HIPs or are they a reseller of someone else's HIPs?

LMS produce all their own HIPs.  We don't need to rely on anyone else's technology as we have invested millions in making sure our systems are well equipped to deal with large volumes of HIPs.

Q. How do I know I can rely on LMS to provide me with HIPs?

HIPs are a natural extension of our business. The combination of our proven, existing systems with our disaster recovery plan means that your business is in safe hands. Our disaster recovery plan ensures that we can be up and running with minimal delay in the event of any disaster or business interruption.

Q. Can I earn an introducer fee with LMS HIPs?

The HIP price doesn't include an introducer fee but you are able to add your own fee should you wish to do so.

Q. Do LMS have their own DEAs?

We use the DEA resource of our subsidiary company ERS. They are one of the largest employers of Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) in the UK.

ERS have recruited, trained and directly employed 100 high calibre DEAs. This gives us a dedicated resource we can tightly control and full coverage of all the postcodes in England and Wales. ERS have also built a supplementary DEA panel to support their directly employed team and provide us with overflow capacity. This ensures that at the busiest times we can always fulfil your instructions to the very highest service standards.

Q. Can my customers still have a funded HIP if I don't have a consumer credit licence?

Absolutely.  With the LMS funded HIP you don't need to have a CCL, we have removed the need for you to be involved in this part of the HIP process.

Q. Who will be responsible for chasing customers for HIP payments?

We are.  We chase the client directly for payment.
