Introducer fees

Flexible commission of up to £200 + VAT per case completion

All conveyancing quotes on the LMS website include a standard introducer fee of £100 + VAT. However, you can adjust this down to zero or up to £200 + VAT or anywhere in between.  This gives you the flexibility to pass on cost savings to your clients - or to effectively double your earnings.

Example: by referring just five cases a month, you could earn £6,000 + VAT a year - or up to £12,000 + VAT if you choose to set the referral fee at £200 + VAT . 
Plus a combined sale & purchase counts as two cases - meaning earning potential of up to £400 + VAT - or £24,000 + VAT per year.

Better still, we'll always let you know when a case completes, so you'll never have to chase us for your payment.

Please note; if you are using LMS Select Conveyancer to offer your customers a conveyancing service, the fees are fixed at £100 (excluding VAT) for sale and purchase cases and all-inclusive remortgage cases.
